Profile:
Wendy Melvoin & Lisa Coleman were childhood friends, both from musical families.
They were members of Prince’s band The Revolution, but their musical careers started before that. They left the band and formed as a duet in 1987.
Wendy’s twin sister Susannah was also part of their band, and also a Member of
The Family, her brother Jonathan Melvoin was a member of Smashing Pumpkins.
