This song was written/produced by Prince & was recorded by André Cymone, with Lisa Coleman & Wendy Melvoin on Backing Vocals. This cover is not Prince nor anyone associated with Prince. And Prince couldn’t have recorded this on the date stated because the song’s lyrics & music were not the same at that time.

andre’s version is really good, but prince’s original version is still better… and it’s twice as long!
I was in love with Prince as a teen in 1981 and I still think he’s a genius and oooooh so adorable, sexy, and yummy!
