@willjarmon no idea the lead singer was black but he did that Mike Murphy from The System vocal quality
Syracuse University’s old college radio station used to play this song back in the 80′s and would hear it at work every day. LOVED this song! That radios station went commercial pop after a couple years and all the old albums wound up in a campus record store where I found most of them in a box marked “Z-89″ the station’s call letters. Sadly, this was one album that wasn’t there! Been looking for it ever since, now here it is! Thanks Mr. Squidsey!
